Accessibility Statement

Last updated July 21, 2026

Evoque Commercial intends this website to be usable by everyone, including developers, investors, and their representatives who rely on assistive technology. This page states the standard we work toward, what we do to meet it, where we know we fall short, and how to reach a person when the site gets in your way.

Our standard

The site is designed and maintained with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as its conformance target. We treat that as a working target rather than a completed achievement: pages, tools, and content change, and conformance is checked as they do.

What we do

Accessibility is built into how the site is constructed: semantic page structure with meaningful headings and landmarks; keyboard operability for navigation, forms, and the interactive calculators; text alternatives for meaningful images and icons; labels and error messages associated with their form fields; color choices checked for sufficient contrast; layouts that support text resizing and zoom; and content written to be understandable without decoration. New pages and features are reviewed against the same expectations before they publish, using a combination of automated checking and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation of the site's forms and tools, which is where financing websites most often fail their visitors.

Known limitations

Honesty is more useful than a claim of perfection. Some documents made available for download, and some content or tools supplied by third parties, may not yet fully conform. Where we know of a limitation, we work to correct it or to provide the same information another way, and the assistance channel below exists precisely for the gaps we have not yet found.

Feedback and assistance

If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, or if you would like any information from the site in an alternative format, contact us and a person will help:

Please describe the page or tool involved and the difficulty you encountered. We take this feedback seriously (it is the fastest way problems on this site get found and fixed), and we will provide the substance of any page or tool in a format that works for you.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is maintenance, not a milestone. Reviews continue as the site evolves, feedback is folded into the work, and this statement will be updated as the site's conformance improves or its limitations change.
