Electronic Communication Consent

When you provide an email address or phone number to Loancutters, Inc. dba Evoque Lending, including its Evoque Commercial platform ("Evoque"), and proceed with an inquiry or transaction, you consent to communicate with us electronically as described on this page. This consent applies to business-purpose financing communications.

Scope of your consent

Your consent covers communications and records relating to your inquiries and transactions, including responses to your submissions; requests for information and documents; disclosures, notices, and updates about a file; drafts and copies of transaction documents; and administrative messages about the platform. These may be delivered by email, through links to documents we make available, or by text message where you have provided a mobile number and opted into text communications. Your carrier's message and data charges may apply to texts, and you may stop texts at any time by replying accordingly or contacting us.

Electronic communications from us satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing, to the extent the law allows.

What you will need

To receive and keep electronic communications, you will need: a device with internet access; a current, supported web browser; an active email account you check; software capable of opening common document formats, including PDF; and either a printer or storage available to retain copies for your records. By consenting, you confirm you have access to these and can receive communications sent as described.

Keeping your contact information current

We send communications to the addresses you give us. Keep your email address and phone number current by notifying us of changes at info@EvoqueLending.com or 1-800-505-8121. A communication we send to the address you most recently provided is considered delivered even if you no longer monitor that address.

Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic communication or record we have provided, at no charge, by contacting us at the email or phone number above with a description of the document you need. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent to electronic communications generally.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time by emailing info@EvoqueLending.com or calling 1-800-505-8121. Withdrawal takes effect within a reasonable time after we receive it. Because financing files move on documents, withdrawing consent may slow the handling of an active inquiry or transaction, and some communications may still be delivered electronically where the law permits or requires it.

How you give consent

You give this consent by providing your contact information and proceeding (submitting a form, sending an inquiry, or continuing a file by email) after this consent has been made available to you.
