Case Studies

Every record here is one of three clearly labeled types (verified, anonymized verified, or educational example), and nothing publishes without documented permission.

Case studies are only useful if you can trust them, so every record in this library is one of three clearly labeled types, and the label tells you exactly what you are reading.

Verified case studies describe actual transactions, with the participating parties identified and every published detail documented in the transaction file. They publish only with written permission from the parties involved.

Anonymized verified case studies are also actual transactions, documented to the same standard, but published without identifying the sponsor, the project, or the precise location, typically at the sponsor's request. The facts are real; the identifying details are withheld, and the record says so.

Educational examples are hypothetical scenarios built to teach a structure: how a completion financing gets assembled, how a stack fills a gap. They are labeled as illustrations, they describe no actual transaction, and they never masquerade as track record.

The permission standard is absolute: no client transaction appears here, in any form, without documented consent. That standard means this library grows slowly, and it means some of the platform's most instructive work will never appear on this page. We consider that the right trade. A thin library of verifiable records is worth more than a thick one built on claims no reader can check.

While the library builds, the transaction experience page describes the kinds of work the platform performs, and the honest test of fit for your own project remains a working project review.

Verified transaction case studies are published here once documented borrower permissions are in place. Our transaction experience page describes the categories of work we structure in the meantime.

Transaction examples are presented for educational purposes. Verified transactions are published only with documented permission; anonymized examples omit or generalize identifying details. Clearly-labeled educational examples are hypothetical and do not describe an actual transaction. Past transactions are not a guarantee of future availability, structure, or outcome.
